Our Annual General Meeting is coming up! Please put it on your calendar and plan to attend – your attendance is important and your input is valued.

Location: Ascension Lutheran Church, lower level
At this meeting we will be sharing financial reports and updates about the program, and electing Board members for the 2022/2023 season.
As a non-profit organization, we are required to have a certain level of attendance in order to hold the meeting, so please RSVP when you receive an invitation. We will send out another email closer to the event with the meeting agenda and relevant documents attached so you can review them ahead of time. (Attendance at the AGM also helps to fulfill your volunteer commitment!)
Board Nominations – We need YOU!
Do you see the value and potential in the Music Enrichment Program, and want it to continue? If you would like to be a part of the future of MEP, please consider putting your name forward for a board position. For the 2022/2023 season we will be seeking to fill multiple positions. As a non-profit organization, we cannot operate without an Executive in place, so it is critical that we have parents willing to step into these roles and keep the program going.
Parents who are willing to invest in the program by being on the board will have their volunteer deposit waived in appreciation of the time commitment involved.
Casino & Bingo Update:
At this time, we are not planning bingos for the coming season due to the number of volunteers needed. However, we DO have a casino this year – we are scheduled for November 25 & 26. Please put this on your calendar and let our volunteer coordinator know which day you will be available for shift. If you have adult friends or family members who would like to help out for a shift and support our program, please invite them to sign up!
