Deborah Rice | Executive Director, International Handbell Committee
Debbie, Executive Director for the International Handbell Committee, is a popular clinician and conductor of handbells. With experience conducting over 50 festivals in the United States, she has also worked in Australia, Canada, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Japan and Taiwan. In 2013 she will conduct the first handbell festival in Israel. This fall she will be a faculty member at Concordia University College of Alberta. Her responsibilities will include conducting JUBILOSO! Bells of Concordia and Concordia Ringers.
